Every piece is cut and sewn by hand in West Africa, in traditional fabrics: African Wax, hand-dyed Adire and Adire crêpe, Mikando.
Wax is printed in continuous lengths and Adire is resist-dyed. The placement of the motif and the shade of the colour therefore vary from one piece to the next. Your garment will never be quite identical to the photograph on this site. These variations are the signature of an artisanal cloth: they are not defects and cannot on their own ground a return.
Prices are stated in United States dollars, which prevail. The currency selector shows an indicative conversion, given for information only and with no contractual value.
Shipping costs, taxes and any duties are not included in the displayed price and are confirmed to you before the order is concluded.
Adding a piece to the cart is not an order. The « Order via WhatsApp » button opens a conversation containing a summary of your selection: it is a request, not a purchase.
The order is concluded only once we confirm in writing, stating availability, the total amount, shipping costs and the preparation time. We may decline a request, in particular where a piece is no longer available.
Pieces in the Signature line are cut to your measurements. You may send them when ordering or later, in the conversation.
These measurements are supplied by you and under your responsibility. A piece made in accordance with the measurements provided cannot be taken back or exchanged on the ground that it does not fit. If in doubt, write to us before ordering and we will guide you.
Shipping is free on orders of $85 or more. Below that, costs are calculated based on your address and shown to you before confirmation.
As our pieces are made by hand, a preparation time precedes dispatch. It is confirmed to you when you order. Timescales announced by carriers are indicative and do not bind us.
Write to us on WhatsApp before any return: a size tip or an exchange often settles matters faster. We will agree on the steps together.
Pieces made to measure from your own measurements are neither taken back nor exchanged, save for a proven manufacturing defect.
The photographs, texts, designs and the NAYINA name are protected. Any reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
We do everything we can to keep the information on this site accurate, without being able to guarantee it is entirely free of error or that the site is permanently available.
Our liability shall not exceed the amount of the order concerned, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE TO BE COMPLETED], United States, excluding its conflict of law rules.
Before taking any action, write to us: most disagreements are settled in one conversation. Failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those of [JURISDICTION TO BE COMPLETED]. If you live in a country whose law grants you mandatory protections, those remain yours.
