This page sets out what NAYINA collects, why, who it is shared with, and what you can require of us. It is written to be read, not endured.

NAYINA is a West African womenswear label. This site is published by [LEGAL ENTITY TO BE COMPLETED], registered at [ADDRESS TO BE COMPLETED].
For any question about your data, write to us on WhatsApp or at [EMAIL TO BE COMPLETED]. We answer within thirty days at the latest.
Simply browsing the site, we collect nothing that identifies you. No account is required, no form is imposed.
Three situations are exceptions, and only if you trigger them yourself:
NAYINA sets no cookies. The site uses your browser's local storage, which is never sent to our servers:
Order details serve to prepare and ship your piece: that is the performance of the contract you are asking us to enter into.
Your email address is used for the newsletter only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link.
Audience measurement rests on your consent, collected through the banner and revocable at any time.
We do not sell or rent your data. Nobody buys audience from us. Only four providers are involved:
Order exchanges are kept as long as needed for follow-up, warranty and any applicable accounting obligations.
Your email address stays on the newsletter until you unsubscribe.
Audience statistics are aggregated and cannot be traced back to a person.
Our providers operate from the United States and the European Union. Your information may therefore be processed outside your country of residence, under the contractual safeguards each provider has in place.
Depending on your state of residence — California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and other states with equivalent laws — you have the following rights:
The General Data Protection Regulation gives you the right to access your information, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to request its portability, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent already given at any time.
You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information about them. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
This policy may change as the site does. The date at the top shows the latest version. A substantial change to the categories subject to consent will be put to you again through the banner.
